We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time with us, so please contact us beforehand with any questions you may have – and just to remind you, we do have a two-night minimum stay policy.
1. You’ll receive an automated email confirming that we’ve received your booking. Please note that this automated email is not a confirmation that your booking has been accepted.
2. You’ll then receive a second email from us, and this will confirm that your booking has been accepted.
3. Your credit or debit card information won’t be processed until you receive your booking confirmation email (2. above) – and in the unlikely event that we’re unable to accept your booking, your card information will be deleted from our system
